WA Farm Dredging Project
Working across a large site and large pond, the APEX Envirocare took on a farm project with the goal to return a working wastewater pond back to its original capacity.
This was the first time the wastewater pond had been dredged in over 15 years of continuous use, and as a result, huge amounts of sediment needed to be removed and effectively separated from the pond’s water.
The project was one of the largest undertaken in WA, utilising our expertise in dredging, dosing and dewatering.
More than 1,500 dry tonnes of sediment was removed increasing, by a significant margin, the capacity of the critical wastewater pond. The results can be viewed below.
