We’ve got a brand new opportunity for a mechanically minded individual to join our team as a Trainee Dredge operator.  Working alongside our friendly and experienced team, the role will see you working on a range of projects across WA in a fun, successful, family-oriented company.


  • Temporary or Permanent full-time position

  • Starting salary of $60,000 per year + superannuation + project overtime

  • 37.5 hours per week base working hours

Our sediment removal business is constantly developing and expanding with new equipment new projects and we are seeking suitably qualified, motivated people to join us.

You will work with a small team, reporting to the project manager. Some projects will be in the Perth metro, others will involve travel in WA or interstate.  You will be expected to stay away from home for periods of 2-4 weeks at a time. 

When not involved in dredging projects, you will be helping to maintain our rental equipment and warehouse inventory. 

You need to be a practical person, capable of problem-solving on-site, able to work well as part of a team, but show sufficient leadership to potentially move into a project management role of your own.  Practical mechanical experience and an understanding of pumps and engines will be of benefit.
