GeoPro™ Polymers and Dosers

GEOPRO™ FLOCMATE

Polymers are a key ingredient in the sludge dewatering process. If a concentrated polymer is made down or diluted correctly and injected into the waste water stream a solids/liquid separation will take place. The suspended solids particles are flocculated into larger particles which makes it easier to dewater than an untreated waste.

GeoPro™ Flocmate polymers are available with various Cationic, Anionic or Non-Ionic charges with different molecular weights in an emulsion or dry powder form. Testing of polymers and advice can be provided by our specialist Lab Analysis team to ensure you are paired with the correct polymer to suit your project requirements.
Use GeoPro™ Flocmate in conjunction with our GeoPro™ Tubes for a successful desludging project.

GEOPRO™ POLYDOSE

Our range of GeoPro™ Polydose units will make down and deliver a precise measure of high viscosity emulsion polymer directly into your dredge spoil or process water flow.

Dilution water meets with the neat polymer just before entering the inline mixing system that is designed to produce an evenly homogenised polymer blend that will aid with solids/liquid separation and dewatering.

GeoPro™ Polydose units are designed to be user friendly and easily transportable. Enclosed in a galvanised forkable skid with Perspex viewing panels and a single 240v 10amp power lead the unit is ready to go. The combination of fully adjustable diaphragm metering pumps and a variable flow dilution system means units can be designed and built to suit every need.
